ISOLCAP FEIN Lightweight Thermal Acoustic Mortar
Isolcap Fein is a Lightweight mortar, ready to use, made with virgin polystyrene expanded beads and with high acoustic insulation properties against impact noise.
High Insulation Properties
Isolcap Fein has high insulation properties, designated for application on all floor claddings, insulating mortar beds and screed bases and can achieve a perfectly level surface when simply leveled off with a ruler.
Lightweight Mortar
Isolcap Fein Lightweight mortar is especially suited for the acoustic insulation of the different types of existing floors in flats, apartments and individual houses, both in new constructions and renovations. It also allows for easy application when levelling out or creating a fall on the surface.

Tech Stuff
Isolcap Fein has a density of only 225 Kg/m³. This low density allows a weight saving of 90% in comparison with traditional concrete, which is extremely useful for rehabilitation work, lightening of old or new structures and thermal insulation. This lightweight and insulating concrete is extremely easy to apply and is a very economical solution in new buildings. The special structure of ISOLCAP and its low density coupled with its remarkable thermal insulation properties conforms with current legislation. The lower the density, the higher the level of thermal insulation.
